Rubs and Sauces

Here we are in the middle of June and time is running out for you to take advantage of my sale.

How do you use a Rub? Do you just sprinkle it on? Wait to the last minute to apply your rub? Do you want to learn how I do it? What I do is to sprinkle the rub all over the meat and rub it in with my hands real good. Make sure it goes into the grains of the meat. Then I wrap it and put in the refrigerator  for several hours and the more the better. This allows the meat to marry with the rub and it's special seasonings. The amount of time is up to you. Take the meat out of the refrigerator for several minutes before grilling. When your grill is good and ready put it on and enjoy the mixture of the rub and the meats juices. Eat and enjoy!! Yeah! Yum Yum!
