                                         It's been quite awhile since I have posted on my blog. I have been so busy with my health and making and filling orders for the past few months that I haven't taken time out to do a new blog. I felt it is now time to make a blog.
                                         In the last few months I have made 5 cases of Jalapeno Jelly, 5 cases of Hot Habanero sauce, 5 cases of Hottie Chickee Honey mustard sauce, several cases of BBQ sauce and 50 8oz bags of Chili seasoning. I have shipped products to San Diego, Ca and Casper Wyoming and Jackson, Ca.. This does not include all the individual orders that I have made. So you see I have been busy!
                                         We are in the season for Holiday gifts for our loved ones, employees and friends. This year I will have available gift baskets. How do you use a Rub? Do you just sprinkle it on? Wait to the last minute to apply your rub? Do you want to learn how I do it? What I do is to sprinkle the rub all over the meat and rub it in with my hands real good. Make sure it goes into the grains of the meat. Then I wrap it and put in the refrigerator  for several hours and the more the better. This allows the meat to marry with the rub and it's special seasonings. The amount of time is up to you. Take the meat out of the refrigerator for several minutes before grilling. When your grill is good and ready put it on and enjoy the mixture of the rub and the meats juices. Eat and enjoy!! Yeah! Yum Yum!
