Rub's and Sauce's

Good morning to all of my friends,
                                                             Here we are another monday and a great week ahead. What will you be doing on your BBQ grill this week? Whether it is rain or shine you can fire your grill up. Maybe you are not a grill addict like I am, but you can use my rubs,seasonings and sauces in your kitchen or on your grill.
                                                             My products are chemical free with no MSG or other preservatives so they are safe for yourself and your family.
                                                              Tip of the week: When you are using a rub to flavor your meats put it on ahead of your cooking. Rub it into the meat real good, cover and place in the refrigerator  for several hours. This allows the juices of the meat to marinate with the rub. Put it on the grill and be happy!
